What payment methods do you accept?

Is my payment information secure?
Yes. Our store is powered by Shopify and uses industry-standard encryption and security protocols to protect your personal and payment information. We never store your credit card details.
Orders & Tracking
How do I know if my order has shipped?
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
My tracking number isn’t working yet — what should I do?
Tracking numbers may take 24–72 hours to update after shipment. If your tracking still isn’t showing updates after a few days, please contact us at support@noctrel.com.
The tracking says “delivered,” but I haven’t received my package.
In some cases, carriers mark packages as delivered before final drop-off. Please check with neighbors or your local carrier first. If you still can’t locate your package, contact us and we’ll help investigate.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During peak periods, processing may take up to 6 business days.
How long does shipping take?

What if my package is delayed or held in customs?
