Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During peak periods, processing times may take up to 6 business days.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, carrier delays, or customs processing.

Shipping Delays

While most orders arrive within the estimated timeframes, delivery delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the purchase price and are the responsibility of the customer. Noctrel is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages
